What is included in the package?

Transportation, Professional Guide, Entrance fees, Lunch, Basic Toiletries and Cultural Experiences. are all included in the package.

What is not included in the package?

Alcoholic Beverages, Travel Insurance, Tips & Gratuities, Extra Optional Activities, Personal Gear (sunscreen, change of clothes,insect repellent and etc) are not included.

Can the itinerary be customised?

Absolutely. We can add or remove stops, adjust start times, or incorporate special requests (e.g., wedding photos, private guide, dietary needs).

What is the cancellation / refund policy?

Free cancellation up to  48  hours before the scheduled start. Between 48 – 24 hours a 50 % fee applies; less than 24 hours is non‑refundable.

Is travel insurance required?

Not mandatory, but we strongly recommend personal travel insurance that covers adventure activities and medical emergencies.

Do I need any special clothing or gear?

Usually no special clothing or gear are needed. We have provided towels and Balinese traditional clothes (Kamen / Saput) that is required to enter a certain area of the tour. Nevertheless it is always a good idea to bring extra clothing for emergency measures.

Are there any cultural etiquette rules I should know?

Yes – dress modestly (cover shoulders/knees) when visiting temples, remove shoes before entering sacred spaces, and always ask permission before photographing locals or rituals.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the trek?

If heavy rain or volcanic ash is forecast, we will reschedule at no extra charge or offer a full refund. Light mist is fine; guides will adjust the pace.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB), and major e‑wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA). A 50 % deposit secures the reservation; the balance is due 48 hours before the tour.
