Arrival guidance
Guests may drive directly to Arkaluna through the village road that leads behind the hill to our lobby. Share your estimated arrival time before you travel so our team can guide the final approach. If you prefer extra support on arrival, parking assistance or valet-style support can be arranged when our team is available.
For guests who prefer not to drive the final village road, complimentary assisted pickup and drop-off can be arranged from Starbucks Kintamani with our team. From there, we will guide the last 1.5 km to Arkaluna so the arrival stays simple and calm.
Private transfers can be arranged from selected areas in Bali with trusted local transport partners. This supports the surrounding community and gives guests drivers who understand Kintamani roads, village access, and the final approach to Arkaluna. Transfer fees apply and can be confirmed with our team before arrival.
