Can families book a Crystal Nest Suite?
Each Crystal Nest Suite accommodates up to two adults and one child aged 9 or younger. Guests aged 10 or older are treated as adults for occupancy. No extra bed, cot or baby bed is available. Breakfast ages and charges follow the separate breakfast policy.
Is the jacuzzi experience affected by Kintamani weather?
Yes. Kintamani can feel genuinely cold before sunrise and after sunset, while mist, clear skies and rain can also shape when guests choose to enjoy the jacuzzi. Crystal Nest Suites do not have room heaters; every suite includes a hot-water bag, additional blankets are available on request, and the team can help prepare the bag when needed.
