Transport during your journey covers the route confirmed with our team. Travel to Arkaluna before check-in and onward travel after checkout are separate arrangements and are not included in your accommodation rate.
Alcoholic beverages, travel insurance, tips and gratuities, personal gear and anything outside your confirmed experience are not included.
The listed individual experience prices exclude 11% tax and 10% service, both calculated from the base price. The final total is the base price plus 21%, not compounded. Signature package and extension rates are nett, with tax and service already included. Activities included in your confirmed Signature itinerary are not charged again.

Share major preferences at least 3 days before your planned journey. Our team will confirm timing, availability and suitability. Highland routes may include stairs, slopes, natural paths and changing weather. Trunyan is arranged by request and is not recommended for children below 17.
For individual experiences, a 50% deposit secures the reservation and the balance is due 48 hours before the start. Cancellation at least 48 hours before the start is free; from 24 to less than 48 hours, a 50% fee applies; below 24 hours, the booking is non-refundable. Bank transfer, credit or debit cards and major e-wallets are accepted. The Signature Journey follows its own stay-linked terms.
If heavy rain or volcanic ash affects safety, the team will reschedule at no extra charge or offer a full refund. Light mist may mean an adjustment to the route or pace. Sunrise, mountain visibility and cloud conditions cannot be guaranteed. Signature Journey weather arrangements follow its own terms.
