We may collect information you provide when contacting us, arranging a booking or using connected guest services, together with limited technical information used to operate, secure, measure and improve this website.

Guest privacy is part of Arkaluna's hospitality. We do not publish guest names, faces, itineraries or private moments without permission. When a guest publicly tags Arkaluna or approves a collaboration, we may reshare public content with care.

Beyond the lobby, Arkaluna's estate is reserved for registered staying guests only. Non-registered visitors may meet guests at the lobby only, unless approved in advance by management.

Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement and Meta Pixel are managed through Google Tag Manager according to the website's configured consent settings. Connected services may include GuestPro, Juna, Instagram, YouTube, Vimeo, WhatsApp and Google Maps, each of which operates under its own privacy practices.

Google Fonts delivers the Inter and Marcellus web fonts used by the website.

The Gallery automatically loads Arkaluna's official Instagram feed. By opening the Gallery page, you acknowledge that the content is loaded from Instagram and may use Instagram-controlled technologies.
