Arkaluna currently offers 14 Crystal Nest Suites. Each combines a 28 m² interior with 60 m² of private patio and garden, breakfast at Arkadewa and a private hot jacuzzi for two.
From every suite, the outlook opens toward Lake Batur and Bali's volcanic highlands, where Mount Batur, Mount Abang and Mount Agung shape the horizon. Cloud, light and visibility change naturally with the highland weather.

The Arkaluna Signature Journey is a private 3-day, 2-night stay for two, combining a Crystal Nest Suite, scheduled Arkadewa dining, private itinerary transport, Mount Batur by jeep at first light, Pura Besakih and Desa Penglipuran.
Other private routes explore Lake Batur, temples, villages and active highland landscapes. Timing, access and local guide or driver coordination are confirmed around the selected dates, weather and guest comfort.

Drive directly to the lobby, meet the team at Starbucks Kintamani by prior arrangement, or ask us to coordinate a private transfer from elsewhere in Bali. Sharing an estimated arrival time helps the team prepare the most suitable guidance.
Departing from Kintamani
A fare shown in Grab, GoCar or another app is not confirmed transport from Kintamani; long-distance rides may be declined, cancelled or require a substantial additional charge. If you choose an app ride, the booking, fare and any dispute remain between you and the provider, and Arkaluna cannot negotiate, reimburse or guarantee a last-minute replacement. Subject to timing and team confirmation, we can assist with drop-off at Starbucks Kintamani; onward travel remains your independent arrangement. For a calmer and more reliable departure, arrange a trusted and curated local driver partner through Front Office in advance.
A guest-only estate
Beyond the lobby, the estate is reserved for guests staying at Arkaluna. Guest names, faces, itineraries and private moments are never shared or published without permission.
Highland terrain, with support
Crystal Nest Suites are set along the estate's natural terraces, approximately 60-120 metres uphill from reception and Arkadewa. Outdoor paths and steps form part of the setting, and there is currently no lift in the guest accommodation area. The team assists with luggage and can help plan access before arrival.
Weather belongs to the place
Kintamani can feel genuinely cold before sunrise and after sunset. Crystal Nest Suites do not have room heaters; every suite includes a hot-water bag, additional blankets are available on request, and the team can help prepare the bag. Warm sleepwear and insulating layers are strongly recommended. Cloud, mist, rain and visibility still vary naturally with the day and season.

Every Crystal Nest stay includes a private suite, a 60 m² private patio and garden, a private hot jacuzzi for two, breakfast at Arkadewa and access to Arkaluna's guest-only estate. The team can also arrange dinner, wellness, estate activities and private journeys; these are included when part of a confirmed package. Travel to Arkaluna before check-in and onward travel after checkout are arranged separately and are not included in the accommodation rate.

Yes. Beyond the lobby, the estate and Arkadewa are reserved for guests staying at Arkaluna. Outside visitors may meet guests in the lobby, while access beyond it is arranged in advance with management. This protects privacy, safety and the quiet atmosphere of the stay.
