Dining and extras
Meals follow the package menu and schedule. Food and drinks outside the menu, scheduled meal times or agreed inclusions may be charged separately.
Planning your journey
Our local guides and drivers will help you explore. Routes may change with weather, access or guest comfort. Expect some stairs and uneven paths; sunrise and mountain views depend on conditions.
Booking terms
Once confirmed, Signature Journey is part of your stay reservation, not a separately cancellable tour.
Guests may request a reschedule at least 48 hours before the journey start, subject to Crystal Nest availability, guide availability, supplier timing, route suitability and the confirmed room policy.
Rescheduling within 48 hours may not be possible, as it depends on guides, suppliers, dining preparation and room arrangements.
If heavy rain or volcanic ash affects safety, the team will adjust or reschedule the affected activity where possible.
Payment timing and package inclusions are confirmed directly with the room and journey reservation.
