Extending the Signature Journey
The base Signature Journey remains a confirmed 3-day, 2-night itinerary. Guests extending their stay may share up to three preferred activities for each additional full day. The route, inclusions, timing and applicable price should be confirmed at least three days before the journey begins.

Signature cancellation and rescheduling
Because the Signature Journey is connected to the Crystal Nest stay, it follows its own stay-linked reservation terms.
- Arkaluna Signature Journey is arranged as a stay-linked package and is not treated as a cancellable standalone tour once confirmed.
- Guests may request a reschedule at least 48 hours before the journey start, subject to Crystal Nest availability, guide availability, supplier timing, route suitability and the confirmed room policy.
- Requests made inside 48 hours may affect guides, suppliers, dining preparation and room arrangements, and may not be available.
- If heavy rain or volcanic ash affects safety, the team will adjust or reschedule the affected activity where possible.
- Payment timing and package inclusions are confirmed directly with the room and journey reservation.
